Latona London is a family run business based in the UK and we aim to provide high quality products without the high end price tag, all of our products abide by UK legal legislation and are not tested on Animals.

Terms & Conditions

“Latona London” and their team are providing their services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. On accessing this website, you agree and consent to our terms stated throughout with regards to the “Latona London” conditions and product usage. If you do not agree to our conditions, we advise you to no longer use the Latona London website and products. (Terms and conditions last updated 1/7/18)  Latona London is a UK registered company (10572554 ) and reserves the right to change and alter these terms with immediate effect as and when they see fit. It is solely your responsibility as the online user of the website to check for any updates or alterations to the conditions here at “Latona London” Users should read all terms and conditions of the company before online purchase.

Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Latona London observe a strict privacy policy, for all who are involved in working with the company must abide by. Latona London under no circumstance will not disclose information of its customers or manufactures to any third party unless ordered by law. In the case of company sale the customers information will be transferred appropriately and privately to the new and rightful owner of Latona London.

Product Availability

Latona London Aim to maintain the volume of all stock advertised on this site at all times. On the rare occasion that certain products online at  Latona London are currently out of stock, Latona London will not be responsible for your desired item being unavailable at the time of your purchase, however rest assure that our online team will be doing everything they can to maintain and replace the product stock levels. If any website malfunctions or problems should occur at the time of your purchase Latona London retains the rights to rectify any issues. If any website malfunctions results in your order being terminated, when notified of the issue Latona London is notified will then work with our website provider to see that this is resolved quickly and effectively so that the customer can repurchase their order or be refunded if needed.

Promotions & Offers

Latona London Reserves the rights to the length of promotions across the website and social pages, the company are able to change or update the promotional prices or length of a deal at any time subject to stock availability.

Conditions of Latona London Product Use

The results of these products are not guaranteed by Latona London due to the differences in each individuals skin types.

By purchasing and using  Latona London products you are accepting that Latona London  will not be responsible for any problems/complications that may occur with the use of products after purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: all ingredient’s in the products are listed at the time of order. It remains the user’s responsibility to ensure you are not allergic to ANY of the ingredients  before using.

Postage Options

UK standard 2nd Class:

- Items to arrive next working day or within 3-5 working days.
- Orders are sent using Royal Mail
- Item to arrive next working day or within 3-5 working days.
- Proof of delivery and signature from recipient.
- Online delivery conformation.
- Orders are sent using Royal Mail, at a cost of £2.99

Tracked postage (UK confirmed) is £4.95 parcel tracked through to customer receiving the goods.

Latona London will not be responsible for:

- Loss or damage of a parcel- Incorrect postal information
- Missing untracked parcels- Returns of unclaimed post
- Return of incorrect address

Using untracked postage is at the customers own risk and Latona London cannot be liable for missing items once they have been dispatched as they are untraceable. We will however do our best to help trace a missing parcel but if untracked it is only the customers duty to follow this up with the courier.

For any rejected parcels it is the customers responsibility to contact Latona London by email info@latonalondon.co.uk to rearrange delivery of the products, the customer will also be liable for any further postage costs as a result of this.

This returns policy applies to all off our Latona London customers. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

We have created a 10 days returns policy to enable you to return products to us ONLY if the Product is defective.

Your refund will be given at the original purchase price and made to you by your original method of payment.

The customer will be responsible for their own postal costs.

On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where: 

- We receive the returned product within 10 days following the date of delivery of the product.
- The returned product is unused, in its original packaging with all product contents and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
- Partially returned items will not be accepted.
- The returns form is sent along with the product with all customer information provided.
- You comply with the returns procedure set out by Latona London.
